Ensuring the Best Experience

   At MLA Hair Studio, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Braids Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Covid Policy 

 

  •  If you have traveled out of the country in the last 30 days please reschedule your appointment for the following month.

  • If you have been sick or experiencing any ailments in the past 14 days. Please reschedule your appointment to the following month/or in contact with someone who has experienced flu/ covid symptoms please reschedule.

  • Please reschedule 24 hr before your appointment.

  • Please respect these terms, I want to keep myself, and all my clients safe. It’s imperative that I keep a safe and sterile salon. 

  • The suite is sanitized every day to keep myself and clients as safe as possible.

  •  If you arrive sick, unfortunately you will not be serviced.​

  • Please beware that the suite is rather small so please do not bring people that are not being serviced.

  • During your service if you need to be on any devices please be kind and use earphones.

  •  If you are requesting my services on days that I do not work, staying past the time that I work or before I work. There will be an additional charge of 40% of your service. If I am able to do so.
